Biography
I am a data analyst, developer and communicator from Los Angeles, California.

I absolutely love anything involving data, travel, or entertainment. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Information Management & Technology (B.S.) at Syracuse University, with concentrations in Web Design and Data Analysis, as well as a minor in Public Communications. Particularly passionate about technology, I have explored and reveled in the wonders of it ever since I played Xbox as a kid. In general, I enjoy learning and turning data into useful information that can help myself and others achieve their goals. I am interested in further learning how companies leverage technology to serve their customers and business needs.
During my tenure at SIDEARM Sports, I have felt very fulfilled to provide people with the information they need through the use of technology. As a streaming support specialist at SIDEARM Sports, I have been trained to teach others how to use SIDEARM's proprietary Content Management System. In a different role as a front-end web development intern, I have used front-end development languages (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) to ensure that 150 websites are in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, to improve the functionality of internal and external website links, and to create advertisement space on webpages. I hope to continue to apply my knowledge of various computer languages, including SQL, Python, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to increase the usefulness and efficiency of a company whose values align with my own.
As a founding member of professional technology fraternity Kappa Theta Pi's chapter at Syracuse University, I understand what it takes to build something useful from the ground up. In this endeavor, I have worked with other entrepreneurially-spirited people to develop professional, philanthropic, and social events that fuel students' passion for technology and for helping their community. Examples of these events include an Excel Workshop, Trivia night, and KTP's annual "Smash Poverty" event - a video game tournament which raises money for a charity sponsored by the Syracuse University School of Information Studies.

Moreover, In past working roles as a member of a team, I have refined my communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. For example, using the Python programming language, my project partner and I collaborated to create an application which finds information about city bike rental locations for the user and, on a city map, displays the bike rental locations and the number of available bikes at each respective location. As another example, I am currently a Professional Fraternity Council Representative for Kappa Theta Pi at Syracuse University. In this role, I attend weekly council meetings to coordinate events with other professional fraternities and facilitate the involvement of my fraternity members.
I hope to continue to use the skills I have learned to help develop solutions to pressing problems. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
